Order Processing Orders that arrive by 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will usually ship the next day. Some of our perishable items ship from Gifts of New England partners, and have more restrictive preparation as well as shipping times. Some perishables only ship out on certain days, and will (at this time) only be delivered on certain days. In the near future we will significantly expand our shipping options. Please be sure to read any notes on the product detail or purchase pages. These will define or describe any particular product preparation or shipping restrictions that may apply. Shipping Destinations At this time Gifts of New England will generally only ship to the Continental U.S. However, call us before you order and we will check the particular item and supplier shipping policies. We may be able to arrange special shipping for you for an additional charge. Shipping Charges All Gifts of New England product prices include shipping. If you compare prices, make sure you compare our competitors bottom line before you decide. Most web sites charge extra to ship and you will not be aware of this until checkout time. At Gifts of New England there are no hidden charges or taxes. The prices you see are your total costs. Most items ship out at normal UPS ground shipping service. However, perishible items such as seafood must be shipped overnight delivery to ensure the freshest possible arrival. Even for overnight shipping when included, the purchase price advertised on the site includes all shipping. Multiple Packages Most items purchased from Gifts of New England ship direct from our New England business partners. If your purchase includes items from more than one New England business, it may arrive in multiple packages, one from each business. Also, based on their processing requirements, your packages could arrive on different days. Gifts of New England works closely with each of our business partners to track the actual shipping status of each item in your shopping cart.
